Team Rehab in Michigan is seeking an entry-level clinic assistant to support therapists and patient care. You’ll welcome patients, help with non-clinical tasks, and assist with light exercises.

No prior experience required; strong communication, reliability, and an interest in healthcare are valued. Opportunities for training, scholarships, and growth within our therapist-owned network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
