Team Rehab in Farmington Hills, MI seeks an entry-level patient support assistant to help therapists and patients in outpatient clinics. You will welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions, assist with non-clinical tasks, and guide gentle exercises under supervision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
