BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Physical Therapy Technician to join our Pinehurst clinic. This unlicensed role supports licensed therapists, prepares treatment areas, assists patients with exercises, and helps document responses to treatment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service, organizational skills, multitasking ability, and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Assisting and observing patients with prescribed exercises.
• Performing basic treatments such as ice or heat as instructed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas and laundering linens.
• Handling administrative tasks like patient intake and scheduling.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
