Job summary

Full Strength Physical Therapy in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time staff member to support therapists and deliver quality patient care. You will assist with exercises, monitor sessions, and help maintain a welcoming, organized clinic.

The role offers 20-25 hours per week across day and evening shifts, with no weekends. Candidates should have prior exercise instruction experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with exercise instruction preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent patient service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills for managing patient records.
