Job summary

Innovative Physical Therapy and Fitness Centers, LLC in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Tech to join our boutique outpatient clinic. You will assist patients with exercises under the direction of a Physical Therapist, perform support tasks, and ensure clean equipment and treatment areas.

A high school diploma is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18. We offer a friendly team, opportunities for growth, and paid time off.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
• Have an interest in physical therapy—this role is ideal for someone that is seeking experience to someday become a licensed clinician.
• Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve care and keep patients engaged and progressing in their therapy.
• Ability to stand, stoop, and move throughout the clinic for your entire assigned shift. This person is on their feet providing 5-star care to our patients the entire time they are in the clinic.
• All staff must be age 18 or over to be eligible for employment.

Responsibilities

• Patient care - First and foremost, you will be interacting with our patients and demonstrating exercises or techniques at the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Other tasks - cleaning equipment and treatment tables, collecting laundry, administering hot/cold packs, answering the phone, filing patient charts, picking up and dropping off patients (as needed)

Innovative Physical Therapy is Seeking a Part- Time Physical Therapy Tech in Silver Spring, MD.
