Job summary

Full Strength Physical Therapy in Springfield, VA is seeking a part-time therapy aide to assist therapists, monitor patients, and help maintain equipment. You’ll schedule and manage patient records, contributing to timely, compassionate care in a busy clinic.

Ideal candidates have experience with exercise instruction, basic anatomy, and strong communication. This role offers 20-25 hours per week with varied day/evening shifts, no weekends, and occasional travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with exercise instruction preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent patient service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
