Norman Regional Health System is seeking support staff to assist with treatment administration under licensed supervision. You will help maintain safe, clean treatment areas and keep supplies stocked for daily operations.

You will also assist patients with ambulation as directed by nursing staff and supervise community aquatics programs, while collecting and maintaining therapy-related information for continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer college student with declared major or enrollment in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupation Therapy, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, or other health related field (i.e., nursing, physical education, etc.)
• Skills with computer and typing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists with the administration of treatments under specific instruction and supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Maintains the department and treatment areas in a safe and clean condition.
• Maintains supplies necessary for daily operation of the clinic/department.
• Assists patients with routine ambulation under direction of the nursing staff (Porter Acute Care).
• Provides supervision of community aquatics programs. (PPC)
• Assists in collecting and maintaining information related to therapy treatment information.
