Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a motivated individual to join our Pre-PT School Training Pathway. You will gain hands-on clinical experience by supporting licensed Physical Therapists, assisting with patient flow, and helping with exercises in a busy outpatient clinic setting.

No clinical experience is required as training is provided; this part-time role is ideal for students pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, or related healthcare fields.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

Expected Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school or work commitments.

Preferred hours are: Tues, Wed, Thurs. Varying Hours.

Pay:

Hourly wage of $10.50 - $11.00, plus the career-building experience you need for PT school applications.
