Mountain Land Physical Therapy is looking for a part-time team member to support physical therapists, help with patient flow, and assist with daily clinic operations. No clinical experience required; training provided through our Pre-PT Pathway, designed for pre-PT students, PTA students, and healthcare-focused grads.

This role is ideal for soon to be college grads pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or healthcare administration. No clinical experience needed - we train you.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures

Expected Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school or work commitments.

Preferred hours are: Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 10am - 5 pm & Tuesdays 7am - 7 pm
