Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is offering a part-time position designed for soon-to-be graduates pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, or related healthcare fields. No clinical experience is required as training is provided.

You’ll support therapists, assist with patient flow, and help create a welcoming clinic environment in Provo, UT. You’ll gain hands-on experience, participate in a career pathway that includes scholarship and sign-on bonuses, and build a foundation for PT school

This role is ideal for soon to be college grads pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or healthcare administration. No clinical experience needed — we train you.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures

Expected Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school or work commitments.

Preferred hours are: varying Mon - Fri.

Pay:

Hourly wage of $11, plus the career-building experience you need for PT school applications.
