Mountain Land Physical Therapy in Lehi, Utah is offering a part-time Pre-PT pathway role designed for soon-to-be graduates pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, or healthcare administration. No clinical experience needed—we provide training.

You’ll support therapists, help with patient flow, guide warm-ups, keep areas clean, and assist at the front desk. HIPAA compliance and a welcoming clinic environment are emphasized.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for soon to be college grads pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or healthcare administration. No clinical experience needed — we train you.

Expected Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school or work commitments.

Preferred hours are: Tuesday and Wednesday 7am - 2pm .

Pay:

Hourly wage of $11, plus the career-building experience you need for PT school applications.

Requirements

• Interest in a healthcare career and gaining clinical experience
• Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy
• Comfortable being on your feet in a busy clinic environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Preferred: Customer service experience or health-related coursework (not required)
