Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is offering a part-time Pre-PT pathway role in Draper, UT. You will work alongside licensed therapists, gain hands-on clinical experience, and begin a structured training path designed for pre-PT, PTA, and healthcare administration tracks.

No prior clinical experience required; we train you. The schedule is flexible with school commitments, hourly pay $10–$13, and opportunities for scholarships, mentorship, and a future sign-on bonus when you advance to full-time

• Help the front desk by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow

Expected Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school or work commitments.

Preferred hours are: Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 10am - 5 pm & Tuesdays 7am - 7 pm
