Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners offers a part-time Pre-PT pathway designed to gain hands-on clinical experience. No prior clinical experience is required as training is provided, with opportunities for scholarships and mentorship.

The role supports PTs, helps patients with warm-ups, and assists with clinic operations. Focus is on professional growth, flexible scheduling, and building a foundation for PT/ PTA careers.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients
• Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures

This role is ideal for soon to be college grads pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or healthcare administration. No clinical experience needed — we train you.

Expected Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school or work commitments.

Preferred hours are: Tuesday and Wednesday 7am - 2pm .

Pay:

Hourly wage of $11, plus the career-building experience you need for PT school applications.
