Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide a skilled rehab team in an inpatient setting. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, orientation, and training while delivering compassionate care and building strong patient relationships.

You will lead with empathy, ensure policy and treatment excellence, and collaborate across hospital departments.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification for physical therapy per state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical PT experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations (scheduling, orientation, training, interdepartmental communication).
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding therapeutic relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and drive optimal outcomes through collaborative care.
