Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide a skilled PT team, oversee scheduling, orientation, and training, and deliver compassionate patient care. You’ll lead with a focus on evidence-based treatments and patient-centered outcomes within a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical practice.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with the staff and hospital departments.
• Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's needs to aid in recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
