Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program; three years of PT or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical PT.
• Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, scheduling, orientation, training, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships to aid in recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and drive outcomes through compassionate leadership.
