Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships to aid in recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to positive patient outcomes.
