Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations.
• Schedule, orient, train, and communicate with therapy staff and hospital departments.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding patient relationships throughout recovery.
