Qualifications

• Current licensure or state certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program; minimum 3 years PT experience or leadership, with 2 years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships by addressing each patient’s physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
