Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We would prefer previous customer service experience in a medical office setting.
• A successful candidate will display excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills as well as the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and accurately.
• This role requires strong computer skills and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously; prior EMR experience is preferred.
• This candidate must have the flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays as well as the ability to occasionally travel to other ORA physical therapy clinic locations as needed.
