Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams (OT, SLP, Nursing)

Document all treatments and progress per facility and regulatory standards

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on recovery techniques and exercises

BLS Certification (AHA‑approved)

Prior SNF or post‑acute rehab experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
