Job summary

AED CONSTRUCTORES in San Jose, CA, seeks a skilled Physical Therapist to serve a geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide recovery after surgery or illness to improve mobility and independence in daily living.
