• BLS current.
• Valid CA Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• In-field oversight of clinicians providing care in patients' homes.
• Serve as first point of contact for field clinicians to ensure timely support.
• Coordinate training and educational programs to improve clinical outcomes.
• Review cases and guide clinicians for effective home care delivery.
• Lead bi-weekly Case Conferences with clinical team to review progress.
