Job summary

MSH is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to step into a Clinic Manager role in a therapist-led private practice in Arizona. This player-coach position blends ongoing patient care with leadership of a clinical team and performance of the clinic.

You'll work with top surgical specialists, have access to research collaboration, mentorship, and a strong support structure to focus on patient care and team growth.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) and active AZ PT license (or eligibility) with CPR certification.
• 2+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of therapists and clinic staff.
• Treat patients as a practicing Physical Therapist.
• Implement clinic policies and ensure adherence.
• Develop short- and long-term operational plans for rehab.
• Manage daily staffing, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Oversee supply purchasing and control costs.
