Spine and Sport Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Director to lead a single clinic, oversee operations, budgets, and staff development. This role focuses on clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and building a thriving clinic culture within a leading outpatient rehab organization.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant/Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinic growth and drive clinic processes; adjust approach based on inputs.
• Resolve scheduling and documentation issues for staff.
• Set annual clinic goals and budget.
