About The Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Clinic Director to lead a single clinic and take ownership of core business and performance outcomes. The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, including staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow. Skills & Qualifications

• Has a list of strong referral sources within the community, preferred
• Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant/Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred)
