Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed in the State of Florida to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification for Health Care Providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist in carrying out the plan of care.
• Document patient care and progress as required by regulations and payers.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
• Communicate patient progress to supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist in supervision of Rehab Aide personnel.
