Responsibilities

• Carry out Physical Therapy plan of care under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Assist in supervision of Rehab Aide personnel and communicate patient progress.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
