Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carry out Physical Therapy Plan of Care as designed by the Physical Therapist.
• Assist in the supervision of Rehab Aide personnel.
• Communicate patient progress to the Physical Therapist regarding the Plan of Care.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
