Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. You will assist in carrying out the Physical Therapy plan of care under the supervision of the Physical Therapist and help supervise Rehab Aide personnel.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an A.S. degree.
• Licensed in the State of Florida to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Physical Therapy plan of care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist in supervision of Rehab Aide personnel.
• Communicate patient progress to the Physical Therapist.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements.
