Our established multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Tampa, FL is seeking a dependable, patient-focused PTA to join our collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on patient care and wants a flexible 1–2 day-per-week schedule.

What You'll Do
As a PTA, you'll work alongside our providers and multidisciplinary healthcare team to help patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, and rehabilitation treatments according to the patient's plan of care
- Perform passive, active, and PNF stretching
- Assist with manual therapeutic techniques
- Administer treatment modalities, including Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), US and Laser therapy, spinal decompression and traction, Shockwave therapy and WBV
- Educate patients on exercises, treatment plans, and ways to actively participate in their recovery
- Monitor patient progress and communicate relevant changes to the clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient care
- Maintain treatment tables and equipment to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, nurses, and ancillary staff to deliver comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Florida required
- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic, or an integrated healthcare setting is a plus
