Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a SNF in Augusta, GA. This full-time role offers up to $100,000 annually, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and comprehensive benefits.

As part of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation team, you will deliver PT treatments, support mobility goals, and document progress under supervision. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.
• Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Support rehabilitation goals through individualized treatment interventions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies.
