PruittHealth in Augusta, GA 30904 is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver rehab services and help patients regain mobility. You will work under a Physical Therapist, assist with exercises, monitor progress, and document accurately in a collaborative care setting.

Formación

• Associate degree from PTA program is required.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in GA.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience preferred; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.
• Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Support rehabilitation goals through individualized treatment interventions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
