Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and document treatment per physician orders and agency policy.
• Educate patients and families and collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate daily notes and schedules to meet productivity standards.
• Participate in team meetings and keep patient status informed.
