Job summary

Careage Home Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed PTA to join our home health team serving the Rural South area (Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Des Moines and Covington) in WA. You will work under a supervising PT to deliver in-home therapy and help patients regain mobility.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 DOE, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Competitive pay ranging $36.50–$47.75 per hour DOE, with a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Washington State.
• Ability to work under supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Strong patient communication and empathy.

Responsibilities

Careage Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide personalized physical therapy services to patients in their residences, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Working under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist patients with exercises, and support their recovery process in a comfortable and familiar environment. A Licensed PTA administers physical therapy to patients intermittently in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist (PT).

Requirements

• 2 years experience preferred
• Currently Licensed, Registered or Certified in Washington State
