Jaffe Sports Medicine in Cape Coral, FL is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a growing practice. You will deliver comprehensive rehabilitative care under a PT, focusing on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility.

Responsibilities include administering treatments, educating patients, documenting care, and ensuring safety and compliance. Prior PTA certification and an associate degree are required, with outpatient rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• National PTA certification/licensure.
• Experience in a health care setting or outpatient rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide physical therapy services under supervision of a PT.
• Administer treatment programs and document patient care.
• Assess patient health and progress through examinations and therapy histories.
• Instruct patients in exercises and safety during home programs.
• Maintain infection control and comply with regulations and standards.
