Qualifications

• Ability to work with all types and levels of patients.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under the direction of a physical therapist.
• Completes documentation according to established procedures.
• Instructs patients’ families or nursing staff in specified follow through programs.
• Writes accurate, complete, and clear documentation in accordance with regulatory agencies.
• Assists with scheduling and appointments for patient services.
• Actively participating in patient care conferences.
• Collaborating with and informing facility staff in areas of patient progress.
• Maintaining current body of knowledge in areas of clinical expertise through seminars.
