Riverwalk Post Acute in Riverside, CA, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a Part-Time/PRN basis. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide treatments to improve mobility and independence for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and functional mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist.
• Accurately document treatments, progress notes, and patient responses.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety measures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Participate in care planning and team meetings as needed.

Pay Range: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour, DOE

Riverwalk Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a Part-Time / PRN basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative environment focused on helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides physical therapy treatments and interventions designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and enhance quality of life for our residents.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
