Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team in Hot Springs, AR. You will work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized treatment plans that help patients regain strength and mobility.

We seek a compassionate, communicative professional with an Associate's degree and state PTA licensure. BLS certification is required; on-site work schedule is FT, M-F, 0800-1700, with comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Educate patients and caregivers about physical challenges and goals.
• Support discharge planning, including equipment recommendations and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapy techniques and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or adjustments to the supervising therapist
• Document care services and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity
• Educate patients and their caregivers about physical challenges and therapeutic goals
• Support discharge planning, including equipment recommendations and community resource referrals
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care

Qualifications And Requirements

• Associate's degree Required; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required
