Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Home Health in Hernando County with a flexible schedule. You will deliver PTA treatments in patient homes, follow plans of care set by supervising PT, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida PTA license and have strong communication skills; home health experience is preferred.
