Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) invites a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team. You will deliver PT treatments in patient homes, implement plans of care, monitor progress, and educate patients and caregivers while coordinating with supervising therapists.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care and flexible scheduling within a trusted nonprofit setting. Ideal candidates hold an active Florida PTA license and bring strong communication skills; home health

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Licensed PTA in Florida with active status.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments in patient homes.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and care.
