Job summary
TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida in Largo, FL seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality in-home care. You will perform in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
Educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with physicians, and maintain documentation. Florida PT license required; home health experience preferred; must be able to work independently. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered.
