Job summary

VNA of Florida is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team serving Palm Beach County. Deliver physical therapy treatments in patient homes, implement treatment plans, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, and complete documentation under supervising PT.

Requirements include an active Florida PTA license and strong communication. Home health experience preferred.
