Job summary

Arbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Services is seeking a committed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation services under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. This per diem (PRN) role supports a compassionate, patient-focused therapy team in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include applying treatment plans, collaborating with the rehab team, and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Valid license to practice physical therapy.
• SKilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the Physical Therapist.
• Work with rehabilitation team to implement programs.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in PT techniques under supervision.
• Assist PT during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
