Job summary

INNOVATE REHAB AND WELLNESS in Missouri seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to work under a licensed PT to help patients improve mobility, regain strength, and increase function. You will support and deliver individualized treatment plans with hands-on, patient-centered care.

Lead patients through exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities; monitor and document progress; maintain therapy records; collaborate with the care team; and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program is required.
• Valid state PTA license is required.
• Rehab/clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• CPR certification preferred.
