Job summary

Arbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Services is seeking a committed Physical Therapist to restore, maintain, or enhance daily living skills for residents in a skilled nursing facility. This per diem (PRN) position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team.

You will assess, treat, and document care while coordinating with staff and physicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid license to practice physical therapy.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
• Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, evaluating, and treating residents in need of physical therapy.
• Complete documentation such as evaluations, re-certifications, and discharges.
• Supervise PT assistants and participate in care planning.
• Assist with restorative nursing program oversight and insurance authorizations.
