Solaris HealthCare Imperial (Naples) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join Step Up Rehab’s in-house therapy team. You’ll provide skilled PTA services in a Skilled Nursing Facility and help residents regain function with compassionate care.

Eligible candidates must have an accredited PTA program degree and Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible). SNF/post-acute experience is preferred, and Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within the SNF.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
