Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our Naples facility to provide skilled therapy services in a SNF setting. You will work with residents to improve safety, function, and daily living skills, under the direction of licensed therapists.

The role offers a flexible PRN schedule, competitive pay, and supportive leadership in a modern rehab gym environment. Florida PTA licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Document care using Net Health and maintain accurate records.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
