Step Up Rehab in Naples, FL is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join Solaris HealthCare Imperial's SNF team. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Eligible candidates must graduate from an accredited PTA program and hold an active Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred; familiarity with Net Health is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
