Job summary

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join a Grace Management Services facility in South Carolina. The role supports residents with physical therapy under a supervising Physical Therapist, conducts screenings, and assists in evaluating treatment plans and schedules.

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or license eligible.
• Provides PT services under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings of residents at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.
• Assist in evaluating and formulating target goals and treatment plans with the PT.
• Assist in scheduling resident therapies in coordination with the PT and care team.
